And so it begins...
The tipping point was when I bent down and heard the noise "RIP!!!" a little "stylish" hole on the top of my jeans ripped right down the leg. I just finished eating a steak bbq, twice baked potato, home made mac n cheese, grilled veggies and sweet wine. Sure, I just had a baby (4 and a half months ago, but who's counting) but enough is enough. These are my favorite go to jeans - my family had to wait around for me while I tries on and tossed several outfits the last two days and a row - there's no hiding the blub when the weather gets hotter.
Time to change!
I just did 3.5 miles in my hot suit - sweating like crazy, burned over 500 cals.
I'll keep the hot suit on for another hour then get into the shower.
Breakfast - low fat cottage cheese and chunky apple sauce
LOTS OF WATER
Lunch - power green protein smoothie

Break 4 at the Philly marathon in November
Get my husband to notice me again
FIT COMFORTABLY in all my clothes
lose 10 pounds before I purchase any more clothes
Get under 200 lbs before Valley Girl
Get to goal weight before fam reunion in August (155-165)
Get and STAY organized and ON schedule
